BIS Meeting Prizes

BIS aims to promote the science and practice of medicine in relation to infection, and to further research, training and education in the subject.

In order to support these aims, several grant schemes are available and are administered by the Scientific Affairs Committee. The Society also supports a number of prizes which are awarded at BIS and FIS (Federation of Infection) meetings for excellence in research and presentation, and for articles published in the Journal of Infection.
