BIS Trainees' Meetings Calendar

 

There are two trainees' meetings a year, providing trainees with the opportunity to hear lectures on topical issues given by a range of experts, as well as providing a chance to network and contribute to debate. The Spring Meeting is held in London; the Autumn Meeting is held in Manchester.

 

Autumn Meeting

11th September 2008, Manchester Conference Centre.

A highlight of this meeting is an afternoon session devoted to a specific theme which this year well be 'Neurological Infections in the Immunocompromised'.  Delegates are invited to submit abstracts prior to the meeting, with the most interesting and thought provoking selected for presentation and discussion on the day. A prize is awarded by the panel for the best presentation. Previous prize winners can be viewed here.
