Description
Medically ill patients commonly present with features indicative of an acute infection. This conference concentrates on specific infections encountered in Acute Medicine that pose particular challenges in presentation, diagnosis and/or management.

Audience: Consultants and trainee doctors who have responsibilities for acutely ill medical patients, including physicians who have medical on-call committments, acute physicians, emergency care physicians and critical care physicians.
